SINAM applies for realization of the project on modernization of Kyrgyz Treasury System.

The project includes reforms on management of public finance and increase of efficiency of performance of Kyrgyzstan Government Budget, its openness and accountability.

The international tender was held on development of software for the modernized treasury system according to the conditions of the World Bank and the Ministry of Finance of Kyrgyzstan signed the contract with the consortium, consisting of the Canadian company Free Balance and Indian company Telecommunications Consultants Indian Limited in accordance with the results of this tender.

According to the information given by SINAM, as the contract signed earlier with Free Balance was terminated, new contractors have to be enlisted for realization of the project. So, SINAM is going to submit its solutions for the project.
